Alright, I've given my own rankings of the anime series I've seen, and there are a few other sources I've read for reviews. For the sake of comparison, I'll only use the overall ranking, rather than for any of the sub-categories (characters, animation, plot), although that may sometimes be misleading. (As may be seen on the individual series/movie pages, the overall rating may have little to do with my rating of any of the elements. This was a purely subjective impression of how much I enjoyed watching that particular anime.) I'll list the score out of 100 that I gave each, then the T.H.E.M. review, then the Cafe (abcb) review, where available.

I'm still reworking my rating scheme, since I noticed that my scores were bunching up at various levels, and the numbers for some of them looked lower than I thought my enjoyment should suggest. My new plan is to set breakpoints at every 5 points, with those having some clear benefit having a 2 point bonus, and those with some drawback having a 2 point penalty.

To understand my rankings:

90+ = Absolutely stunning, top-notch

80-90 = Favorites, well worth seeing

70-80 = Many many strong points, but falls short in some ways

60-70 = Thoroughly enjoyable, but not worthy of many repeated viewings

50-60 = Good, but no need to scramble to see it

30-50 = Disappointing to me for some reason, though still having some plusses

0-30 = Generally not worth the time

Basically, I would eagerly watch anything 7.5 or higher if the opportunity arose, and would set aside almost all other pursuits (except religious obligations and pressing schoolwork) for 8.5 and above."
