The first showing from Sci-Fi channel's Anime week '98. A weak plot, rather silly characters. There was enough there that a few characters looked like they might be interesting, but they never got fully developed.

Animation good enough to hold my attention, but nothing really spectacular. In general: the Sci-Fi channel should have picked something better. Oh well.
