Alright, the overall rating's higher than the values for any judging category. How can that be?

Often, humor in anime seems really artificial, or forced, or off the deep end. Well, this one was utterly and completely silly, and is one of the funniest things I've seen. And when jokes build on jokes build on jokes, well, it's a whole lot of fun.

People watch to be entertained. Sometimes that involves some thought, some quiet reflection. This is not for those times. This is for the times when you want slapstick, and the truly stupid evil enemies (who, of course, think they're brilliant), and some great one-liners.

A whole lot of fun, and not much commitment to seeing a series to get the in-jokes. With just two half-hour episodes, it fills the need for a good laugh.
