I found this set of episodes to be quite entertaining.

Some rather fun, rather pointless action. High points: nice drawing style for the characters, rather good job of portraying the Chicago feel, nicely animated cars and weapons. Enough of a plot to hold your attention, though nothing outstanding there. I almost always enjoy seeing characters who are very good at what they do, and push their abilities to the limit. This series has many examples of competant characters, and, well, they're cute.

Probably not one to go rushing out to see, but solid all around and a whole lot of fun.
