This ninth page is devoted a submission I made to the Monthly Anime Outcasts site. It probably wouldn't have happened if the MAC had been up. Anyway, I had recently finished watching Star Blazers for the first time since it ran on standard American TV. Then I was looking around, saw that the MAO was updated and there were only 3 submissions. I just had to submit. So, I threw this together in one day, much of the time actually spent watching tapes and playing around with Photoshop filters. I was happy with how it turned out, considering how little time I spent on it.

Want to know how I did it? If you're patient, I'll probably put up a tutorial for this image at some time in the far distant future. If not, e-mail me and I'll give you some tips. If I get such a request, I may end up working those e-mail comments into a page.
