This second page is devoted to a set of drawings made still early in my learning process for drawing anime. These are again images of Rei, from Neon Genesis Evangelion.
This sketch was an attempt at a completely different pose from anything I had done before. It worked out pretty close to the way I wanted, but at the time, I still hadn't gotten the 3/4 head view quite right, and it's always hard to show a hand that's perpendicular to the viewer. Still, I liked how it turned out.
Next up are a couple oddities based on the previous picture. I was playing around, seeing what Canvas would do with the black and white lines, using them as borders, then filling the area with a fill pattern. As it turns out, Canvas chose some pretty bizarre things to call one "area." It took just a few seconds to put these together, but they're interesting enough that I thought I'd show them.

Last up, I finally got a graphics tablet, and wanted to play around with it, combined with some experimentation in Photoshop. Unfortunately, my wrist is broken; also, I hadn't scanned in any more raw sketches (since I didn't have a scanner yet). So, I decided to play around a bit with the picture above.
